the bagel itself is tasty but unfortunately they will never toast it despite ordering it toasted. they also do not include silverware or napkins. the cream cheese is either just one giant glob in the center or non-existent. i really love Einsteins but the service at this location is a huge issue.

bagel wasn't toasted and there was a giant amount of shmear and my items were not in a bag. which is very unsanitary considering the bagel packaging doesn't even close

The Nova Lox I got was literally all onion and tomato. There was 1 piece of salmon... not cool and definitely worth the price.

Do these reviews get back to the restaurant? Whoever made my order didn't put in any effort to make a good product. My French toast Single Bagel with Shmear had Everything Bagel seasoning on the bottom, so it tasted like garlic. My Cinnamon Bliss Roll was cold and stale. I was disappointed b/c usually I have good results with this store.
