I did not expect this to be as good as it was. I was craving lox and every other place I looked at the sandwich was twice the price with a large delivery fee. I took a chance on this place. It was a delicious lox sandwich, though I wish it had more capers but that could be personal preference. The cold brew was surpringly good as well.

They did a great job on the eggs and the bagel. If I get this sandwich again, I'll opt for one egg, so as to give the veg half a chance. I ordered this sandwich for the vegetables, and the tomato was sliced so thin, the avocado spread so thin, the baby spinach so sparse, it was hardly noticeable. The 'hash browns' presented as a delightful little potato cheddar cake. Little. Get two.

We were excited to find an Einstein's Bagels outpost near our hotel and on DoorDash, as we have been pleased with their food elsewhere.We ordered a Farmhouse Egg Sandwich and a Pork Sausage & Cheddar Egg Sandwich, both on"Cheesy Hash Brown" bagels. Absolutely nothing had any flavor whatsoever,not even the bacon, the sausage, or the "gourmet" bagels. And the Cinnamon Bliss Roll we ordered was supposed to be covered in cream cheese frosting, but was apparently packaged while hot, causing most of the frosting to end up under the pastry, not on it. A complete disappointment.

The Chorizo Sunrise Egg Sandwich was so flavorful and arrived hot. The Nova Lox had the perfect blend and portions of capers, cream cheese, lox, tomato, and red onion. The veggies were fresh and the flavor was soooo on pointe. Will definitely order again! The Cinnamon Bliss Roll was a bit of a disappointment. It was dry to the point of being crunchy. The flavor was there, but the dryness took away from it. The icing had absorbed into the container so there was very little available for consumption.

I got the everything bagel with plain cream cheese un-toasted, a has brown, an iced carmel coffee and a strawberry pastry.
The bagel had a nice crust of seasoning, good flavor and a good amount of cream cheese. Some bagels need to be toasted and some don't, I think I'd prefer them toasted next time. I wanted more chew and the dough seemed a little tight. I'm excited to try more flavors. The hash brown is bomb. Strawberry pastry was perfect. But y'all, the iced coffee is the star of the show and will keep me coming back for that alone.
