Pizza Bagel was old and cold. Barely any melt to it, just a plastic sheet of cheese and cold pepperoni. Woo. Also the "Large" orange juice is an 11.5 fl oz Simply Orange. Not a large cup like the picture. 5 dollars for a bottle of OJ. lol

Bagel with lox was one of my favorite breakfast items that I'd spluge on from time to time. However, Einstein Bros' Nova Lox Bagel went from being served open-face in a box (so that BOTH HALVES of the bagel were topped with lox/tomato/onion/cream cheese/capers), to the bagel being sandwiched together and wrapped in paper (but still had enough fillings then), to now sandwiched but with only enough fillings for ONE HALVE! And charging the same price for it... Sorry to say I won't be ordering from here any more.

Both marketing photo shows the bagel sandwiches with two eggs. It only comes with one. The amount of meat on my brisket sandwich was laughable. This now happened twice (ordered a week ago). They didn't even bother to spread the sauce. They just plopped it in the middle. Not ordering anymore from here, it's not worth it.

My order was a total disaster. Nova Lox had one tiny piece of lox on it. There was also no onion on it either. The tomato was also sliced very thick. Sea salt chips were left off the order and the coffee arrived luke warm. I will never order from Einstein Bagels again. They have no attention to detail or quality control and don't care about preparing products to be as they are menued. A very poor value for the money spent. :(
