Never had an issue with orders, every time it's great quality, packaged well, clean and tastes fresh. Their drinks are a little expensive, but I like that they aren't very sweet. Coffee quality is good and doesn't leave me with an awful crash later in the day like other places' coffee. VERY quick service, too

Love Einstein's as I get them pretty often, but it's very unfortunate that they are not consistent with their quality. sometimes I get perfect bagels that are soft and warm with a perfect amount of cream cheese other times I get rockhard bagels with barely any cream cheese. not sure if it's the team on shift or if it's even out of their control but it's very unfortunate.  I end up refunding maybe two out of six of my orders.

These are some delicious bagels. I prefer a NY deli style bagel and these are as close as I can find out here. Nice selection too. The orange juice is sub par. Over dilute and tasteless.

The Blueberry Muffin should be renamed the Seriously Blueberry Muffin because has so much blueberry it's literally blue throughout. And not in a fake way. It's the most delicious muffin ever.

They barely give you any avocado on the Avoc Toastado. It's very disappointing - so little avocado that you can see the bagel underneath the spread because it's so thin.
