I Usually like Einstein but today was a flop. Sandwich was absolutely tasteless. Couldn't even taste the cheese. In description of cold brew coffee it said cream and sweetener were available at store. I wanted neither so thought it would be black. Nope, there was cream in it (yuk!) but thankfully no sweetener.

Bearly any cream cheese on the bagel and you have to pay extra for cream cheese. Very disappointed

bagel was not toasted and cream cheese was minute. i had to take off toppings and scrape off the tad cream cheese to toast the bagel

This is the least cream cheese I've ever gotten in a bagel in my life. The only place there was really cream cheese was in the hole of the bagel. Do they get a bonus for not putting schmear on the bagel? Was really looking forward to this, Three stars because the rest (that was for my spouse, so didn't really do me much good) was fine, but chewing my way through a dry bagel was really disappointing.
