Tried the Baked Potato Fajita it was delicious 😋 & my kids got the Tamale and really enjoyed them. This restaurant is probably one of the best and most consistent we have in Russell Springs.
Sorry didn't think to take a pic til I'd already ate almost half, you get a ton of food for the price. I couldn't even finish it but I've put in the fridge for tmr 😊

The Birria tacos NEVER disappoint! Super filling, always consistent in freshness and quality. Will never stop ordering. First time trying the chorizo dip, will also never stop ordering. 10/10 highly recommend!

Absolutely the worst Mexican food I've ever ate... The Rice Fajita was so bland with no seasoning at all, the Black Beans were clearly from a can and lacked all seasoning, the Cheese Dip was half full also.. I wouldnt order here again.

El Guadalajara is always great! Big portions & so fresh!! Best Mexican food in town! It's my family's favorite! We especially love their white salsa. 10/10 recommend & will definitely be ordering again soon!

This probably is the best dang burrito I have since I left Albuquerque 20 years ago. The burrito is so loaded with yummy goodness that I will be finishing it for breakfast. Kudos to yo folks thems really good viddles.
