I was really disappointed by the Crispy Box. Everyone raves about this chicken, but the Hawthorn location failed to impress. Bland, tiny hard piece of chicken in a bun with a few shreds of lettuce. That was my first and will be my last time ordering.

Garlic dip was great, chicken was moist but definitely over salted and the pickles were nearly inedible as they were that salty they had to be binned straight away. Will not bother ordering from this chain again.
