Food was great. We love the charcoal chicken and chilli sauce. However disappointed we recieve 3 breast when we ordered 3 legs. Still tasted fantastic though

I paid for express delivery and the order was delayed by over an hour, to no fault of the delivery driver who was waiting inside the entire time! The restaurant advised them the order would be only another 5-10mins multiple times and then they ran out of chickens so our was further delayed.

El Jannah's food is great but every time I order from them, the dasher spends at least half an hour "waiting to pick up order". This time I asked the dasher what the issue is and he told me El Jannah have their pick up point set wrong and it took him ages to walk and find the restaurant. This means food ends up way later than it should. El Jannah, please fix your pick location on Door Dash!

The food is delicious but ordering on DoorDash the prices are MORE THAN 50% higher than direct from the restaurant. Won't be ordering again until the prices come back down to reality.
