Great food, great people! The sushi was very fresh, well prepared and great presentation.
One part of the order didn't make the initial delivery and the restaurant itself brought the missing part to me, no fuss. Great business valuation and character! Would definitely recommend.

I got Caterpillar Roll, Split Decision Roll , and shrimp tempura roll. They were very crab heavy. One roll literally had a small sliver of cucumber. The Split Decision Roll also sounded spicy, it was not at all. The wasabi was weak, so I could not even make my roll spicy. I wont be ordering from here again, especially for the price.

Your paying around 12-15$ for a roll and your really only getting rice. The portions for protein is extremely low on every roll we got. Extremely disappointing, feels like your biting into a piece of cake with how much mushy rice there is. won't buy from here again

Split decision roll slaps! Fish always tastes fresh and not old. Ever. Presentation is super neat for a delivery order. I've ordered from many other sushi places and El Jefe is always better. Like, not oversauced, just the right amount of everything, tastes clean and delicious type of better. I say this, coming from working in the kitchen of a sushi restaurant years ago. Whoever chef made these rolls - bless you. I hope good things always happen to you.
