the food portions for a lunch special was very filling. I purchased 2 different lunch specials and both were absolutely delicious. Not over cooked, not greasy and not overly seasoned or salty at all. El Merenguito is definitely my go to for Dominican food. Well worth the money. Can't wait to try other dishes from them.

The food is always fresh with food taste. The steak was tender and red beans good. I would order again. The limeade was fresh as well

Too dry and the garlic they just blended garlic and poured on the side and top. The shrimp doesn't taste good

If the picture shows fries with the meal. You would think to add it. The tres leches tasted a little weird. I personally don't like to complain about food but, this was my first time purchasing from here and will be my last. The only part of the meal that was good was the empanada.

The amount of food for the price I paid is rid the containers were tiny ! And the not filled? It was all rice as you can see. I didn't pay almost $60 for rice !
