I have been ordering the double chicken salad for years. This order tonight was the absolute worst ever. Everything about it was bad. The lettuce was all core, the chicken was dry, the avacado was old, very few beans, the dressing was different, the shell was old. The biggest waste of $19 I've ever spent. I had to throw it away, and I'm truly not a fussy person about food, but this was so substandard it isn't even funny.

Thank you so much El Pollo Loco the Original Pollo Bowl was so yummy and satisfying along with the Chicken Taco al Carbon!!! I needed a nice energy boost lunch and these topped it off!!! I recommend !!!!

If I'm paying $60 for 2 big double chicken bowls I would expect to get more than just one salsa. Especially since I ordered several. The salsa must be coming out of the employees checks since they're stingy with it. Dry bowl is ridiculous.

First time eating here and i probably wont eat here again 8pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Dinner had little to no meat on some of pieces and way overpriced
