I normally don't leave review and I havent ordered from el pollo loco because it was always somthing but surprisingly they didnt good job and didnt forrget the cilantro salsa oh and really organized and tasty they stepped their game up .

The salad is nice and crispy chicken grill to perfection. The avocado taste. Good corn is great most definitely order again. A lot of chicken on your good protein.

The Mashed Potatoes and Gravy were the best of all chicken take out brands and the Two Churros are hit and miss (sometimes there's plenty of cinnamon and other times there is hardly any). The biggest disappointment was the chicken in the 4pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Meal because it was so overcooked the skin was leather (couldn't bite through it), the bones were breaking into little pieces and the meat (dark meat/legs thighs) was super dry.

The Birria tacos or anything that is supposed to be crispy should not be wrapped in foil when it is hot or it steams and gets soggy. There's no reason to do that when its packaged in a box or bag already. The consume itself was fine as were the birria tacos... not bad but not worth the price, especially on delivery. I recommend trying one a la carte in the restaurant itself before spending so much on fast food. I think I would have enjoyed the burrito or quesadilla more with the sauce. My husbands chicken was overdone or old (like reheated leftovers) because the skin was like leather and he had to take it off. The pico de gallo was not fresh and although I consider the chips and salsa a free item, it's lack of freshness makes me wonder about the other items on the menu. Disappointing for our taste considering that we expected more for the price but we had to try it and don't regret that we gave it a chance. Perhaps a different location would be run differently. The churros were good though. They kinda saved the meal since we ate them last and they seemed fresh and warm as well as crispy outside and soft in the middle because they weren't wrapped in foil.
