The Double Chicken Avocado Salad is really good. I have ordered the same salad several times, because of his generous serving of grilled chicken, everything has been fresh, and the salad always satisfies my craving for some spicy Mexican food, without all the carbs, helping me to stay on my Keto-friendly meal plan! Works for me! 😊

Food looks amazing! Chicken well done taste is spot on! Portion are very well served and the salsa is fresh! Definitely getting pollo loco again!

I'm giving 3 stars because the staff was nice and packaged everything I asked for...however, the cook could have done a better job. The chicken in the Pollo bowl was undercooked and the BRC burritos seemed a bit soggy inside.

The chicken was very thin like it was a chicken on a diet. Maybe their chickens had the flu. Paid 5.99 for a coleslaw and it was an individual size. Disappointed this time.

So normally I enjoy the food here but today not so much. First off, thigh meat in the burrito bowls were heavily undercooked. It shouldn't be red inside. Secondly, the tacos were made wrong. Third, please start sealing the drinks too. The store seals the package very well but the drink is exposed. It should be taped to prevent tampering.
