The chicken in the Double Chicken Tostada was dry as cardboard and the avocado slices were not ripe. The picture can't capture super dry and hard chicken or hard avocado slices.
Very disappointing meal.

4pc Half Chicken Combo the chickn was dry th skin was so hard you could bend it.the skin is tye best part. then they forgot to pack my chips. I recreceived the greendressinh or whateveror the dipping part but no chips.

this is the driest Double Chicken Tostada Salad I've had from Pollo loco. check out the amount of sour cream they added. They might as well have not put any on it. super cold when it arrived too.

the rice on the bottom of the salad was old and hard, the "double chicken" looked like the regular serving. disappointed.

An entire entree was missing, there was almost zero chicken on any of the entrees, and the chicken that did come, had clearly been sitting since it was hard as rock and inedible. Very disappointed. Huge fan of E Pollo Loco, and this was the worst food ive ever had there.
