Ordered the BRC, Was perfect.
Ordered a small salad, was fresh.
Ordered a chicken breast taco carbon, was no fatty pieces. Was good. Everything was good.

The food that I ordered was cold when I got it the tacos were hard and fell apart when you took a bite I had about 4 beans total in my bowl of water that they gave me they did not send my Pico and I only received 3 pieces of chicken.

2 large chicken pieces in the Double Chicken Tostada Salad were way overcooked and were dark brown and harder than a rock.

Not someone who ever complains. I understand ordering DoorDash my foot isn't going to be piping hot and fresh, but to send a completely burnt to a crisp hard as a rock burrito in a kids meal is a different story. You knew it was burnt and that's why it was burnt side down like my daughter wasn't going to taste the burnt tortilla or complain about it being too hard.

I got the Original Pollo bowl. I enjoyed the chicken and the chips, but I did not like the rice. To me, it tasted like the rice that comes in a pouch that you heat in a microwave. I know this is not the case, but that's the closest comparison. I would order this again, but I would omit the rice.
