The 16pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Family Meal was perfect for my family of 7! and the Homemade Tortilla Soup (Large) was amazing! The chicken is amazing with amazing flavor and don't forget the Avocado Salsa (Hot) sooo good!! very happy and definitely will get again!!

I order from this location often. I always call after ordering with a request and they always come through with it. Awesome location and awesome food with great service and attention to detail. This location for El pollo Loco is the best in USA. Thank you !

I was disappointed in my 8-piece 8pc Chicken Only order. All but two pieces were overcooked to the point of not being edible. After paying $33+ for chicken and a couple of flour tortillas, I expected more. I specifically requested legs and thighs because dark meat is generally more moist and tender. Not on this order. The legs were especially dried out, to the point where I stabbed the inside of my mouth with what was once chicken meat. I will give El Pollo Loco one more try before I write them off my DoorDash list.

I can't believe how small the Chicken Breasts are. Stick with KFC or Churches. Definitely are not worth the price.

We usually get great food here. Tonight the chicken was so dry we couldn't even swallow it. We didn't get the gravy for our mashed potatoes. And the macaroni noodles were hard and chewy. Not worth $80 at all.
