The chicken was really well cooked in this batch. Juicy meat and the skin wasn't dry. Good seasoning as always. The tortillas came warm! The Mac and cheese is very very cheesy. The corn was warm and seasoned with tomato bits. Definitely not enough salsa for 10 pcs though :) The order came with only two small condiment containers.

I’ve ordered this salad a few times now and it’s consistently really good. The taste is always on point, and I love that it’s the same every time. The portion size is great, the dressing comes on the side, and they give a good amount. The cilantro sauce is especially delicious. Definitely one of my go-to orders!

There was very little chicken in the Homemade Tortilla Soup (Large) which is usually plentiful in chicken. The meat of the Shredded Chicken Nachos is usually very tender and delicious but this time it was hard and crunchy that I had to give it to my dog because I couldn't eat it. it was like petrified wood or jerky sadly.

I mean, it's El Pollo Loco! Great chicken, beloved salad, good mac. We don't order beans or rice. Tortillas and chips okay. So much food for the price with the family meal. They ask if you'd like utensils, but don't send.

Tortilla chips were old and dark and dry as hell! Good luck finding the thimble size chicken, sour cream and guacamole! Seven containers of mild salsa?? Don't mind paying for anything but never again if that's the best they can do!
