I order this salad from the El Pollo Loco by my house and this one is far inferior. The portions were skimpy and the taste was bland. Pretty disappointing.

I often get the Pork Carnitas Tacos near my place of work, this is the first time ordering from the restaurant here in West Hills and the carnitas tasted a lot drier and overall less fresh. I still ate them, so not awful but still a noticeable difference in quality. Quick service and all so middling score I suppose.

The chicken was dry. :(
Usually our to go packaged food is taped up/sealed. This order was not.

While the taste of the chicken was very good they only give one green salsa one red for two chicken breast, and a wing. The side salad has very little to any dressing if at all. the side order of corn taste terrible.

They forgot the beans, the coleslaw had no flavor at all, we had to add salt. The loco salad is a total joke, it's just lettuce, cabbage and broken tortillas, but the dressing is good. The only save was the fact that the chicken itself is really good.
