I always order their chicken nachos but they're never consistent about it. Sometimes I'll get just a dollop of sour cream and guacamole and loads of chicken. Other times I'll get less chicken and enough guac but still just barely a teaspoon of sour cream. I'd obviously love it if they did at least two tablespoons each but at least they put the pico de gallo on the side for me. Sometimes they don't give me enough though.
The freshness of the tortilla chips also vary too. Sometimes they'll put old ones in but sometimes they'll also have a bag of fresher chips on the side.

Smaller than expected but decent size I guess , the protein very dry and the soup "sauce" it comes with literally has no flavor . Sent me 1 not even half way thing of the salsa and 1 completely empty literally just smeared .

Very good-tasting, fresh chicken from this location. The Santa Ana location in 17th always gives me dry, old chicken. But this Chapman location is always great!!

Pretty good chicken, but it seems when you order online, they give you old pieces of chicken kind of dried out, which sucks.
