We ordered 3 chicken taco salads, and all three of us described our salads the same way. The chicken was very dried out, the lettuce was limp and the salads didn't appear to be freshly made but like perhaps premade and stuck under a light. So this is probably the last time we will be ordering from there for awhile.

We ordered a large tortilla soup and it was only a quarter full!!! Bag was sealed so it wasn't the DoorDash employee

Missing original chicken bowl. Tortilla soup half filled with no broth or accoutrements No tortilla strips. Seriously it's tortilla soup. Chicken dry. You make really great food usually but this was a total fail. At least give the requested salsa.

Got the Shredded Chicken Nachos and it's half the size of the one you get in person. Literally can count the amount of chips on 2 hands. Half of them are soggy by the time it gets to you. And the bag of chips that comes on the side has literally 6 chips in it. Will not get again, at least through a delivery service.

The food was gross. It looked like they scraped the bottom of the heating pans. I got crumbs of burnt, hard, stale chicken and the avocado was brown.
