While the Chaufa Mixto could've used just a bit more seasoning, both it and the Tallarin Saltado tasted excellent. One word of caution: the portion sizes are absolutely enormous; each dish could easily feed two people with a bit left over. Also, they don't skimp on the protein. A lot of places are stingy with the shrimp, but the Tallarin was loaded with it.
This was my first time ordering from El Sabor Peruano, but it won't be my last.

5 pounds of some of the best chaufa in NJ. You have to try this place now. This is the 5th time I've ordered from them and the food is always on point. Closest I've had to my grandmothers Peruvian cooking. Prices are amazing! Run don't walk to this place.

Third time ordering from here and never disappoints. Calamari was still nice and hot when it arrived.

Es rico , pero no le ponen mucha carne ni pollo , el chaufa es puro arroz , no exagero conté los pollos solo comí 3 .
