2 stars because it's a cute arrangement and my wife loved it. But what I received looks absolutely nothing like what I actually ordered. $85 plus fees I paid $100 for this bouquet that could have been half the price at any grocery store.

I ordered a “Box of roses with bear” for $100, but what I received looked completely different from the product photo. The arrangement was much smaller/different, the roses were not presented the same way, and the overall quality did not match what was advertised. This was very disappointing, especially because it was meant to be a gift. I would not recommend this shop unless they improve accuracy and quality control.Box of roses with little teddy bear

I ordered Two dozensBaby pink roses in a wrap and they gave me something completely different. The bouquet didn't even have the two dozen roses it was supposed to have, and the colors were very different.
