The noodle portion is hilariously small compared to other vietnamese spots. There was plenty of beef and veggies but I think they could easily increase the noodle count so that it becomes a complete meal. But overall, the pho is really good with nice cuts of beef and the broth is super rich and flavorful.

A solid 4. Forgot my sriracha and it didnt come with any hoisin sauce either but the broth still had depth (bone broth). I couldnt taste the cardamom, star anise or cinnamon in the broth either. The chicken was tender, and niceIy portioned noodles. I'll keep searching for the perfect bowl in NYC. Very close to 5 stars though.

They decreased the size of pork belly slices, and amount of meat, the texture of the meat is a bit tougher and the black pepper overpowers with the new ratio.

This is a go-to for us, even though its a little far away, it always comes in a reasonable time and it is REALLY worth it. Everything is good, if you are looking for a light lunch or a rich and spoiling dinner EM delivers! :D 10/10 Highly recommend! (Don't pass up their awesome drinks!)
