First time customer. Coffee delicious, bagel with veggie cc, yum. Coffee cake perfect not too sweet and a generous portion. Chicken salad sandwich fresh and also a hit. Will be a returning customer again.

Pico Avo toast - YUM and a big portion! there was another slice this same size, so you get 2. very good, just a little messy which is ok with fork clean up. had first slice for breakfast & 2nd slice held up good for a few hours in fridge, stayed just as fresh and tasty for lunch

Last time I ordered 1 order of hard boiled eggs I received 2 eggs in one container
Today I requested 2 orders and only received 1 container with 2 eggs double the charge

Bagels are good but service is bad. No matter how I try to order, somehow order is not ready when I arrive or even if I order in person they lose track of my order. I have been to empire bagels at least 6 times and there has been a problem with the order at least 3 of those times. Today I was notified that my order was ready for pickup and when I arrived, my order seemed to be missing and they had to start making it then. Then they made one of the bagel orders incorrectly. I'm not sure what to do. I may take my business elsewhere. Hopefully they can improve their processes, organization, and communication.
