The best ramen I've ever tasted. The char siu is heavenly. Giving Konahagakure's ramen Ichiraku a run for their money.

Everything tasted great. The Shrimp Steamed Dumpling (4) was hot and fresh. The C35. Crispy Fried Shrimp Balls (3) and the C33. Fried Taro Dumpling with Pork (3) were fried to a crispy perfection. The Kid's Cha-Shu Pork Bowl Meal ( Grill Pork Belly) was way more than enough food for my child. The C34. Fried Sticky Pork Dumpling (3) was a ball of crispy and sticky goodness. I would order it again.

Juicy Pork Dumpling (Shanghai Xiao Long Bao) (5) The pork had a funky, gamey smell and was way too heavy on the lard. Honestly hard to eat.
Sticky Rice with Chinese Sausage ,Tasted pretty odd to me — maybe it's an acquired taste, but it wasn't for me.
Spicy Pork Wonton (8) It's fine. Middle-of-the-road, nothing to write home about.

My order arrived on time and everything was packaged really well. no spills, still hot, and super fresh. We ordered a variety of ramen (Tonkotsu Shoyu, Shio, and Miso) plus a kid’s meal, and every single dish hit. The broth was rich and flavorful without being too heavy, noodles were perfectly cooked, and the portions were generous. The Tonkotsu Shoyu especially stood out deep, savory flavor and just the right balance. Even the milder options still had great depth, which I appreciated. The kid’s ramen was also a win.simple, tasty, and perfect portion size. Fries on the side were crispy and not soggy
Overall, super satisfying meal and definitely worth it. Will 100% be ordering again

we love this place, best dim sum we have had in the area as east coast transplants, the restaurant is like 7 miles away from us and it's almost always still hot when it gets here. faves are the Steamed Sticky Rice with Lotus Leaf (2) and the P23. Pan Fried Shrimp & Chives Pockets (3) 👍🏽
