This is extremely expensive for what you get. For the prices they charge, I'd expect something pretty outstanding and this just wasn't. Nothing was bad, but everything was pretty bland. The bacon cheese burger we built only really had flavor from the bacon. The shake (chocolate) had no color and barely any chocolate flavor- it was basically a brown vanilla shake, and even that wasn't very good. Fries and tenders were ok, but $8 only gets you 3 tenders. The only thing that we really like was the BBQ sauce.

My burger had a lot of very tart, acidic sauce on it, which I wasn't allowed to remove on the app. Additionally, to my surprise, I thought the bun was terrible! Dry and not very soft. I've eaten at Epic Burger before and LOVED it, so the bun was a surprise to me. The sauce thing, that's just an issue with ordering over the app, not an issue with the restaurant's food.

Two times we ordered the order was not correct and/or items were missing. The GM was extremely nice and made up for it with cards for free fries and a sandwich at the store.
