They didn't look at the order. I'm allergic to tomatoes so I ordered no tomato, extra cucumber extra pesto mayo on my sub. It came with 2x tomato, regular amount of pesto, and no cucumbers. The amount of lettuce was comically large. Over all, very disappointed

my daughter had the GOLIATH the sandwich was cold we added chicken and the lady at Herbert's and gerbert's said that the chicken is served cold so it probably cooled down the steak but the whole entire sandwich was cold the steak wasn't even warm to the touch there was no chicken on the sandwich we were refunded the money which was nice but to be told that there was chicken when clearly no chicken was put on the sandwich and the meat was cold
