Food was good. Got my Sub and everything was made exactly how I like it. I think Erbert and Gerberts is a little pricey but the food and veggies appear to be always high quality and fresh The macaroni and cheese was creamy and tasted like REAL CHEESE. Everything was nicely packed and the package came sealed.

Not worth it I got my #37 NEURON COMBO and it had vary little sandwich I could put all the meat and mac and cheese to one side and it would be right I paid 17 dollars! For a sandwich that was half filled not coming back the chip and drink was fine I guess

They are yet to get my order correct. Not once. My average order is 3 subs with chips or soup. Average price is $55+. Every order (not every other, or occasionally), every order, is missing something. Either all the chips, all soups or somebody's sub. Calling the staff results in "it wasn't me," "I don't know what to tell you," or "I'm here by myself so..." They haven't even been taught a simple "sorry about that." We keep trying because we like the food. When responses and attitudes are as bad as they are, and service is consistently flawed, I don't blame the staff, I blame the owner and the training - or lack thereof.

Is normally good but this is the second time they have put the wrong mustard on my sandwich. It throws the whole thing off and if im paying 11$ for a sandwich it should be made correct.
