Yummmm The chicken tikka masala was rich, flavorful, and the medium spice level was perfect, warmth but not too hot. The biryani rice was delicious on its own, the garlic naan was excellent, and the portion was generous enough for two meals. Would definitely order again.

By far the best Indian in Eugene. The best Chicken Tikka Masala and Cheese Naan. The prices are good for the portion size. Other Indian places we've tried are smaller portions for the same or more money. The quality here is great. Everytime I try a new Indian place I regret not just getting Evergreen. 10/10

Evergreen's chicken makhani is by far the best in town! The onion pakora, crisped to perfection, pairs with it well. You can't go wrong with their mango lassi either, it tastes like drinking a pure, creamy mango!

Always amazing. So good. Highly recommend the Lamb Masala. My husband gets the lamb and I get chicken and I always end up wanting his over mine. The rice is really good and comes with plenty. Love their masala sauce. Always forget to take pics bc it's so good.

Plenty of rice, but very small portions of the courses for the price. The food was tasty, but not exceptional in any way. Sooo much breading on the eggplant pakora. You could barely find the eggplant. Naan was soggy. Theyre basically selling you breading and rice for a very high price.
