I haven't ordered from Evergreens in a while and they changed up their menu. I got the Cobb salad which I've had many times and is excellent as always. But I also got the MED ZEPPELIN wrap and it's SO GOOD. I added chicken and I can tell half a wrap will be really filling. The dressing plus pepperoncini is perfect! Really love the Happy Hour deal as well.

I love this place I order from here very often the only complaint I have is the wraps used to be a lot bigger like a chipotle burrito and I loved it and now for $15 you're getting the tiniest wrap idk what changed but my only complaint everything else is the same size

The cobb salad looks nothing like the photo. It looks like I could have bought it at a gas station for $4. The "bacon" is just cheap chewy crumbles that you can buy in a jar. It's not crispy pieces. The blue cheese is cheap and looks nothing like the photo. The "chicken" I paid an extra $3.50 for are just processed cubes that probably weigh no more than a couple of grams. The lettuce is rusty and wilted. I can literally buy this at the gas station for a fraction of the price without waiting for an hour. I cannot believe this is a salad restaurant that makes no effort to distinguish itself from the cheapest stuff on the market.

Lettuce was wilty and gross, but the store said that they would give me a refund immediately. They made it right.
This is a one time issue. I have ordered from there previously and the salad was fine.

I generally can count on Evergreens to have consistent, fresh, and filling salads. But my order today arrived without any lettuce? The first ingredient is literally romaine. All toppings, no greens. I'm disappointed and confused but the toppings still taste good. So. Oh well.
