EZBachi has quickly become one of the best food experiences on the yCentral Coast. From the moment you place your order, you can tell they take pride in every meal they prepare. The ingredients are always fresh, the portions are generous, and the hibachi is cooked to perfection with incredible flavor in every bite.
The steak is tender, the chicken is juicy, the shrimp is perfectly seasoned, and the fried rice and vegetables are some of the best I’ve had. Every plate is made with care and served hot, making it well worth the wait.
What truly sets EZBachi apart is their outstanding customer service. The staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely appreciates every customer. Their attention to quality and consistency makes it easy to recommend them to friends and family.

first time trying, really good. my favorite was the inferno rice. i wish i could've ordered a smaller portion that still included the udon and rice though, but ill just save it for later. it's nice that the packaging allows for easy leftovers. everything was fresh.

Had to try it before taking pictures. So delicious. beautifully cooked salmon, well-seasoned rice and veg that still had some snap to them. Amazing. Looking forward to trying the soba noodles.

Little garlicky which isn't necessarily bad but maybe not a date night food. Also very heavy on the zucchini practically the only vegetable. Chicken was the best part excellent chicken.
