Fast as Pho in Littleton is hands down the best Vietnamese food in the Denver metro, the pho broth is rich, authentic, and absolutely unmatched. Prep was fast, order was perfect, and the portions are generous for the price. This is my go-to spot and I will be ordering again and again!

I got the dumplings, spring roles, and combo noodle bowl. The dumplings were tough and bland. The lettuce in the spring rolls was not washed because few bites were gritty/sandy. And the noodle bowl meat was dry and flavorless and they gave about 1 tb of sauce to put on it. Dry and bland overall.

Fast as Pho was indeed, fast as... 

We ordered Shrimp Spring Rolls with extra sauce, which they graciously provided. These were really good. The whole-leaf lettuce made them a little tough to bite, but the flavor was there. 

Then of course we got the Cheese Wontons. They were better than expected, but still need a bit more cheese (and more sauce!). 

The Rare Steak Pho/ Tai and Rare Steak & Brisket Pho/ Tai Nam were really fantastic. My only complaint here? More sauce. 

The only bummer here was the boba. We didn't get straws (whoops), but the flavors were just a little off too. 

Overall a really solid experience!

The portion sizes were pretty small and the flavors were very bland. The summer rolls did not come with peanut sauce, just the overly sweet "fish" sauce which did not have any salty/fish flavor to it. A lot of pho restuarants have this sauce instead of authentic fish sauce, and this restuarant's sauce was particularly bland.

Very quick. I loved the Vegetarian Pho/ Chay and Bulgogi Bowl/ Dai Ha. Unfortunately I can definitely understand why the Fried Chicken Dumpling was bogo. Kind of old and crusty. 

BUT pretty solid overall. Major points for creative business name!
