I am in LOVE with the Silver Duck! It just explodes in my mouth with so much flavor and have never been disappointed with the food.
I am however a bit disappointed with the restaurant itself.
The last time I ordered, I had requested and paid for chips, but they weren't included in the delivery. I think they were very busy at the time and it was just missed. I called right away to inform them of the oversight and left a message with my phone number, asking for a return call to discuss a resolution. The problem is that I never heard back from them.
I know that things happen and absolutely no one is perfect all of the time. BUT part of great customer service is to make right what goes wrong. I would really appreciate it if they would make this one right.

Oh my goodness!!! If you have not tried the Fhat Pig, do yourself a favor and get one today!!! I got it spicy and all I can say is amazing, and I don't do reviews. IT IS HUGE and tastes so good!

I absolutely LOVE the Silver Duck sandwich!
BUT - this is the second time that I did not receive the chips I ordered. The first time I called the restaurant and had to leave a message but they never called me back.
We'll see how it goes this time. If there's no response/resolution again, I'll stop ordering from them. Good customer service is important!

don't bother ordering chips or the cake pop as they always forget to send it. the sandwiches are good, but have never gotten the sides we order. probably not gonna order from here anymore as we don't get what we pay for.

Sandwhich was dank.
The potato SIDE POTATO SALAD was great..... except it took three bites to finish. Disappointed with the portion size. Otherwise it's great.
