I don't think I've ever had a bad order from Fazolis. Very well packaged. The loaded baked spaghetti was hot, fresh, and tasted very good, but it was more than I could eat in one setting.Great job Fazolis!! Iwould order again.

My Mother had always told me that Fazoli's is fast food Italian and not very good. I tried it through DoorDash, several months ago and couldn't disagree more! The consistency, quality, and taste BLOW AWAY Olive Garden. I will not eat at an Olive Garden again unless it's free salad and martinis. not to mention the reasonable pricing and thoughtful preparation and packaging for delivery. My experience has been at the Troy, OH location on West Main St.

Our food had very little sauce on the bottom
And it was runny. One of the Alfredo meals had been sideways and sauce ran out into the bag. Both Alfredo meal were missing premium mushrooms we paid extra for and the loaded baked spaghetti had very little sauce and only spaghetti with meatballs, nothing else. Very disappointed. Even the breadsticks were bland

Always hot and delicious. fresh. just need the chicken Parmesan to be cooked a little bit more. the chicken only😁other than that I'm always satisfied. Keep up the good work on a scale of 1-10 I'll give y'all a 10.

I ordered the (grilled) Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. Paid extra to add crusted chicken. Instead, they removed the grilled chicken and only gave me the crusted chicken. There's no point in using THEIR options to customize your order. They aren't paying any attention. Just charging extra for nothing.
