Absolutely delicious Italian grinder with all the fixings. Bread is so yum! Not only is it a hidden gem because of sandwich quality but the price for a 12" is unheard of compared to all the ridiculous increases elsewhere now. Excellent chip selection. Please start to sell individual cookies and I will never visit another sandwich shop again!

This is a ham sandwich NOT an Italian Grinder. I asked for double meat and they loaded it up with boiled ham and gave me ONE slice of salami and ONE slice of pepperoni. Waste of money. Not worth 7

First off, I am a fan because the ingredients are all fresh and the bread is delectable. That's perhaps the most important factor for me in a good grinder. We got the turkey grinder and the ham grinder. It's like sandwiches you'd get in in a delicious bodega in NYC. My gripe is...just not listening. I asked for (there's no option to pay for) extra mayo and for the sandwiches to be lightly toasted. I got neither. I loathe dry sandwiches, but ok, I didn't pay for it...(maybe add that option?) I guess I get it. But these sandwiches were burnt entirely on one side, the furthest from lightly toasted as is possible. I also asked and paid for shredded mozzarella on both and received none. Not a shred. I'll give this place another go because it has the makings to be my favorite sandwich shop, but just one more. Please get it together.

i order from here often and always enjoy the food but today this roast beef was cut so thick that i was unable to eat it in a sandwhic. the flavor is great but the it was very unpleasant to eat. I also had to call for the extremely long wait for delivery and preparation

They are always decent but I always forget to have them not put mustard or onions on sandwiches because they always overload them. I like both a lot but you can tell they do not eat them on sandwiches because all you can taste is onion and mustard. Food is usually made pretty quickly though.
