• 26-07-16You need better cups or lids as the lids pop off easily and we have gotten many deliveries that the lids weren't fully on and they spilled before we got them and the cup carrier is too wet to hold the cup anymore. We have gone to the store before and the lids aren't always fully on too. But we do love the drinks and flavors available and will continue to order just for that.

• 25-02-12They didnt fill my drink the whole way. If I order 44 oz, I expect 44oz, not 8oz less!

• 25-07-19They usually fill the drinks a little too close to the top of the styrofoam cup. So when the lid goes on, the drink overflows a little and the sides of the cup get wet and sticky. This last order, there was so much overflow that the straws were wet and the paper wrapper had soaked up the overflowed drink. So the paper wrapper had to be rubbed off the straw. Not a great presentation or experience.
