I had to run on here and say that I just had the best sandwich I've had in my entire life! I ordered on doordash. I got the 76. AMORE . I added fried eggplant, pesto and balsamic. The capicolo had the perfect spice and just melted in my mouth. The eggplant was fresh and crisp. The amount of got honey, balsamic and pesto was perfect. I got the seeded semolina lightly toasted and gutted. It was absolutely perfect. I am so happy your shop is here in town. Everyone RUN to this place it is perfection. WELCOME TO OLD BRIDGE!

I never write bad reviews and I hate to leave one for a new business. I have gotten food from Filoncino previously and it has been delicious. I wanted to try the vodka chicken Parm on Semolina. The order arrived promptly as I only live a minute or two away. The vodka sauce was totally watery, and it caused all of the bread to become so soggy and spongy. Also the chicken was very thick. I was disappointed and actually had to throw the sandwich away.
