I wish I could give more stars, the nachos were absolutely massive and delicious. Loved how crunchy the chips were after the drive home with them.

We ordered the Johnny's Chicken & Bacon Burgers and everything about this was absolutely great! Bacon was thick, chicken tasted smokey and cooked perfect! My husband is picky about fries and said those were great too, mine were so crunchy! If you haven't ordered from here yet you need to, you will not be disappointed

I am usually a big fan of the firehouse, they have the best fries. but today the fries were soggy (i live right next to the restaurant and the dasher was quick so that wasnt the issue) and there was half of the fries i normally get with one meal between two meals. It feels like when I order with them through door dash the food is exceptionally lower quality than when we are able to call in an order for pickup.

Nachos were so cold. The cheeses mozzarella inside the pile of chips wasn't melted. It looked like it had literally been just poured from the bag and then nachos thrown on top of it. No warming up or cooking involves. Nachos on the perimeter were burnt, but everything aside from that was not cooked.

We've ordered a lot from Door Dash. A lot. We have been pretty happy with most of the food ordered. Everyone is different You like what you like, but this place has to have the worst food we've ever eaten anywhere ever, anyplace we've ever eaten before. Everything was SUPER SALTY. The John Albert Special and the Philly CheeseSteak was the same little meat steak "Steak Umms" that you were able to buy in the stores, and still can and those were better. They were over cooked and too salty. Both orders of the tots were so salty we didn't even eat half of either.. It's our first time trying Firehouse Pub but we won't be back.
