Aw yeah absolute 10/10 you can never go wrong with firehouse. Ordered after trying years back (I got the Hook and Ladder) and I'm mad I hadn't come back sooner haha. They by far have the freshest ingredients in the sandwich game hands down. The 8 inch is actually a good portion if you wanna quick filler honestly

Firehouse Meatball®was pretty good except there wasn't enough cheese, it was pretty much melted into the bread and the meatball, and you couldn't tell there was any cheese on it. Also the pickle juice leaked out of the container and all over my chocolate chip cookie and I don't particularly like chocolate chip cookies, that taste like pickles.

This was my first time eating at firehouse subs and I have to say, I was very impressed with the Italian sub. It would've been nice to have the option to not toast or melt the sub. I was looking forward to a cold sub, but I am glad I tried it the way it's made and it was great.
