Italian™ small was a good size and amount of meat and topping in samdwhich. Quality was good this time and neatly placed together.
Hook & Ladder® small, good presentaion, neatly put together with freash toppings this time.
Fries they were the best of everything not too salty, crunchy and hot. The sauce taste like Mayo and ketchup didn't cae for that on the Fries.

I don't know why but their ingredients just taste better than any other sub store. And the bread isn't enormous making the ingredients to small the ratio is perfect. I would suggest always get a hot sandwich as it changes the whole sandwich. Do something awesome for yourself.

I got frozen brownies; two subs that were ordered with extra meat, - had little to no meat!! and a huge amounts of mayo... I order hero,with honey mustard, however, I got spicy mustard, no turkey no roast beef... when I tried to call back I got no answer

This is suspose to be a Steak and Cheese Melt all veggies were not cooked and if peppers aren't cooked then the onions should have been raw bell peppers raw onions and it was just mountains and mountains no care was put into make the sandwich do better

always delicious and fresh. the bread is always so soft also. I am a disappointed that for the cost of ordering three sandwiches I couldn't even have any napkins in my bag? the bag and the order ticket were so greasy I sure hope that whoever handles the bagging isn't touching foods and cross-contaminating
