Veggie sandwich was good with jalapenos. Missing the chips. Group order and no names on sandwich boxes so had to open everything to figure out which sandwiches belonged to which person.

No flavor for either sandwich despite all the varied ingredients. The lettuce was chopped into a million pieces and was wilted. Would not recommend either the Italian orSmoked Turkey Breast sandwich. Very disappointing.

I didn't get anything I ordered extra on my sandwich or with my sandwich. I didn't get my drink nor my chips and just spent $23 for a medium Jamaican Jerk Turkey that had more sauce than meat and toppings.

Why have a chain if it's going to suck? All chains usually suck. Firehouse subs was good. I miss that. Granted, I haven't been to every location. The one on 75th in overland park is not worth it! Don't waste your hard earned money. The staff are nice. Donate directly to the fire station if anything. Portion is fine, not very big unless you spend a bunch of money. Freshness is HIGHLY questionable. This is my third time ordering from here. I won't order from here again.
