food was cold and the Italian dressing was too much on the Italian sub, made it wet and soggy and flavor overpowered everything else. soup was mediocre and overpriced, tasted same as Wendy's chili. not a good first experience

Sides were good. Subs not so much. Steak sub was so greasy the bread was falling apart by the time it got here. Italian sub - bread also soggy to the point of disintegrating. Past the point of normal for even delivery sandwiches.

Tuna Salad they cut the tuna sandwich in half there was hardly any tuna on the half they were out of chips this is the second time this has happened...firehouse used to be good but I will never go there again.

This was the second time I got this sandwich. The first time it was delicious. This second time, it was way to salty.
