This place is so hit or miss, I swear. It was a huge miss for me today and I am not ordering from this Firehouse again. I got an Engineer® with extra mushrooms. It came cold, no cheese, not melted or toasted in the slightest bit. Paid for extra mushrooms and there were maybe 3 on the whole medium sandwich. Bread was just cold out of the bag and turkey was room temp. It didn't taste at all how it should and it promptly went in my trash can. Save yourself some time and put a $20 bill in your trash can if you have a craving for a sandwich from here! The end result would be the same.
