How can you go wrong with a company that gives back to firemen and first responders? You can't. Everything about this sandwich chain is absolutely fantastic. The service is always 10/10. The sandwiches are always phenomenal. Overall, when I want a sandwich, this is where I go.

I got the Firehouse Meatball® sub. The marinara was a sweet, tangy sauce that balanced out the savory, herbal complexity of the meatballs. There was plenty of cheese, slathered in a delicious Italian seasoning, and the whole sub was toasted to crispy perfection. Definitely worth getting again.

I ordered a gluten free bun and was so disappointed. I had to pay extra for a bun that is half the size of a regular sandwich. Pathetic and puny and two words that come to mind. If you are going to charge me more you should at least make it comparable to other items.
