All the sandwiches are delicious but the Hook and Ladder has always been my favorite. The medium sandwich is larger than the large sandwiches sold at other shops. Always fresh because there is nothing worst than old lettuce in a sandwich. All ingredients are fresh. Please try and donate to the fireman's fund. They save lives every day.

I order the hook and ladder sandwich every time it's delicious warm and they do not skimp on the meat. The bread is always fresh.

New York Steamer®
Ordered large for pickup way overpriced scrawny sub. I'll stick to Jersey Mike's for any future orders unless it's hot meatball. They've done pretty good with those in the past but this Steamer thing was pathetic.

I love firehouse and I love their Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ but what the heck with the size change for the medium? It used to be regular sized sub bread. And now it's the size of a hot dog? it tastes great but I was surprised by the change in size. the Pepperoni Pizza Meatball Sub was great according to my husband.

I got the Italian chip combo add caramelized pepper. I wish they had an option for extra pickle. I order this one only. It's the large one. So it's big. Tastes good too.
