The Hook & Ladder® sandwich changed my life. No literally. I've been eating at freaking SUBWAY my whole life- tried firehouse subs today for the first time, I am NEVER going back to Subway, or any of the others.
Not only are their sandwiches reasonably priced, but they're so amazing it's life changing. 5/5

Wish they woulda stuffed my folds with a little more meat, but I anticipated that and got two sandwiches to fill the gap that one big-meaty sandwich would normally fill, some of you know what I mean. It was as fresh as my lazy buns can expect to get for not taking myself out for a walk. Reheat it a little? Far too lazy. Sneak attack that sack of goodness like a pray mantis, lurking in the shadows. Hoping not to be spotted by the dude who could have and preferably should have just handed it to me, looked me in the eye, then left. Thanks DoorDash, convenience made slightly awkward. As far as the consistency of the product at hand, Firehouse Subs is delivering everytime. "Can't go wrong with Firehouse"- we say. Jimmy John's and Subway are taking up spaces for Jerseys Mikes and Firehouse Subs. Fact. Jersey Mikes still has the upper hand with better hot subs though.

The Chicken Chicken Parm Meatball was probably the best Meatball Sub I ever had. The flavors were well balanced and in harmony. The toasted garlic bread bun was the perfect vehicle for the marinara sauced chicken meatballs. The parm and provolone compliment the sauced meatballs. Firehouse Subs are the best subs in town

normally I would have given this store a 5. i simply think that Firehouse is the best sub shop in town. However, I was disappointedwith the Thanksgiving Sub. . The ratio of turkey to dressing to cranberry was way off. First there was barely a smear of cranberry. oj the sandwich. It was basically missing in action. Second the dressing was the main ingredient over shadowing the turkey. in addition it was overly wet. Third the turkey was fine but was primarily stacked to one side.

To be up front I think that Firehouse Subs are the best in our area. That said the King Hawaiian Sub is exceptional. It delivers on taste and is everything that it suppose to be. I would hope that this limited time sub would become part of their regular menu
