I just get a basic ham and cheese but it is well made everytime with a good ratio of meat to bread.

Way too much mayonnaise for my wife and my taste, and we both like mayonnaise. We ended up throwing it away and eating something else. Very disappointing. Will stick with the meatball next time. Hook & Ladder.®

The Firehouse Chili had amazing flavor and was fresh and still warm. The Hook & Ladder® was a perfect blend of meats, cheese, veggies, and sauce - fresh, warm, and delicious.

Always so good! Firehouse hits every single time. Ordered a medium and even that had me so full. Quality ingredients, fresh every time and I'll always keep ordering from here.

Haven't been to Firehouse in a couple years and it definitely seems to have gone downhill. I'd expect to have spent half the price based on the quality of food received.
The Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ was extremely fatty / cheap cut and there was zero cheddar or BBQ sauce to be found.
The Firehouse Meatball® was edible but the meatballs tasted extremely generic/fast food tasting. The meat was ground too fine and so it had no texture to them. The meatballs had no flavor to them. Luckily the sauce added a little.
