I ordered 15 minutes before you closed. Usually, I wouldn't order food that close to closing time, but I was craving a Firehouse Meatball® sooo bad. You guys are my once a month indulgence around that special time. Thank you for making just as good as a sub 15 minutes before you close as you do in the afternoon. It was perfect.

Always delicious!!!! No disappointment here! Every sandwich, every time is loaded with freshness, piled high with meat and cheese and the freshest vegetables!!! Never skimpy!!! Satisfying and appetizing appearance and just simply, the best sandwiches in Irving!!! I highly recommend Firehouse Subs to everyone who wishes for great sandwiches that fill you up, and help out our firefighters also!!!!! I absolutely love the quality and taste!!!! The best bar none!!!!! A treat for your tastebuds every time!!!!

The bread was soggy and chewy. Had to throw it away. No cheese on sandwich even though it was included in selection. Won't be going back here. Think they have a packaging problem. Very wimpy filling as well. Brownie is like a brick...hard to eat something that dry.

Coppell's new Firehouse Subs stands up with the other great locations. Had the Smoked Turkey Breast and the Firehouse Chili, was tasty. The cookies were great too with my afternoon coffee.

Sandwich over cooked. Bread was hard and so was the overcooked bacon.
