Nope. I ordered the Hook n Ladder with “caramelized PEPPERS,” and they loaded it with nasty onions, and I literally deleted onions from the sandwich. Tonight, the sandwich will feed the dumpster diving animals. 0/5

The garlic bread wasn't toasted. The sandwich is slopped together. I will find another spot to go next time.

Barely any chicken on the sandwiches- added sauces to them when I had asked for no sauces. Bad price for food you aren't even going to eat

Firehouse Meatball® was fantastic! adding pepperoni made it super tasty. Hook & Ladder® was delicious. I love to add olives and jalapenos 🔥 love the oatmeal raism Cookie !!

When the order states no pickle and we end up with a pickle on top of the sandwich anyways so now the top of the sandwich is soggy, also there are only 2 1/2 mushrooms on the small engineer. Very poor quality.
