The New New York Steamer® (w/double meat) and the Hook & Ladder® are 2 of my favorites. Go big or go home. Hands down a step above all other local chain sub places. (test that yourself)
while we have been ordering through DoorDash lately. Going in to eat is still legit for the sauces (confirm yours still does this)
The sandwiches keep better than most, so I'll order the giant sizes and eat on them for a couple days. deconstruct, reheat in the toaster oven.

Firehouse has some of the best tasting hot subs around. The bread is soft but not overwhelming, the portions are good, and everything is savory and spiced perfectly. Favorites are the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket, and Club on a Sub.

the Garlic Bread was so salty, we couldn't taste garlic or butter or bread. they used either honey ham or black forest ham on the Italian, so it was weirdly sweet. theFirehouse Meatball® was okay, but was salty and the meatballs tasted like they were made days ago, almost stale, while the provolone was a strange texture on top (it behaved like a coating instead of cheese). pretty disappointed.

This is, by far, one of the best sub restaurants around. Their Italian is exquisite, and it's hard to turn down a meatball sub too! Well liked by many many repeat customers! Thank you Firehouse!

I ordered the 7-8 inch Italian sandwich with a pickle. I didn't get the pickle. But what was more disappointing was that the sandwich had so much Italian dressing on it you couldn't pick it up without the bottom piece of bread falling apart and all the meat, cheese and veggies falling everywhere. I have ordered other sandwiches from this location before with no issues. Very disappointing!
